If you need more than the allowable characters in that box, go to the contact page of this website and send Santa a message, including your TRANSACTION ID NUMBER and the information you want to to know about the person/persons recieving the letter.
 

The Personalized Letter, along with a photo of Santa, will arrive via email to the account you specify within 48 hours.

 

(Note: The letter is of course sent to an adult's account for privacy and safety.)
