ABOUT Larry Carpenter as "SANTA"

After years as Santa at malls and special events, Larry Carpenter, a.k.a. "Santa," is now available to do special events in the Chicago region. A professional award winning actor for over 40 years, with threatre and commercial work to his credit, Larry took on the role of Santa in 2008 for the first time. Since then, he has performed as Santa in plays and musicals, as well as serving as a Santa at Navy Pier, Photo People and Old Orchard Mall. For the past three years he has been the full-time Santa at Northbrook Court.

Besides the standard visits and photo opportunities, in 2013 he premiered his original show, "The Santa and Mrs. Claus Show" to rave reviews and enthusiastic audiences of children and adults. Larry is a very energetic and interactive Santa. His youthful spirit brings out the best in old and young alike. Whether one on one with a child or entertaining a large group of children or adults, Larry is comfortable in any situation. Bottom line, Larry loves being Santa, and it shows in his dedication to being "the bestest Santa ever." He is available to individuals or groups in the greater Chicago area, as well as Northwest Indiana.
